Note one: What we mean by "complete" is that your art should have a decent enough headstart on it that an outsider wouldn't know it wasn't complete. If you still have some things to finish up, that's totally fine!

Note two: For archival purposes, we would love if artists sent us copies of their work once it is post-ready. This is not mandatory. If you want to send us a copy of your work, email it as an attachment to scifibigbangmod at gmail dot com and put "Final Draft from USERNAME" in the subject line. In the body include your username, title of your work (if you've given it one), the name of the author you are working with, the story title, and fandom.

Note three: If you are posting to tumblr or posting to LJ/DW but posting a link on tumblr, let us know and we'll reblog it from the mod account. If you do not have a tumblr (or do not plan on linking on tumblr), let us know if you would like us to make a tumblr post for you!

We will be giving authors access to post to the comm the day/evening before the posting date.  I'm out here in the Pacific Time zone and some days I may not be able to get on the computer until the late evening. If, for some reason, my co-mod or I don't give you access, please drop a PM either to this account or YappiChick. (I can access that account from my phone. Thank goodness for technology, right?)
