Due to some technical issues, there's going to be a little playing catch up on the mod's end, but author sign ups are now officially closed, and the writing period has begun! Sharpen your pencils, start your word processors and begin!

If this is your first year participating, drop us a line and we'll send you an invite to the Support comm on Livejournal or Dreamwidth! And, as always, if you have any questions let us know!

Here's a reminder of some of our most important rules and upcoming deadlines:

• 10,000 word Sci-fi and Fantasy Mini Bang or the 25,000 word Sci-fi and Fantasy Big Bang
• At the beginning of each month, starting April 1, we will have an author check in poll. If you miss two monthly check-ins in a row, you will be dropped from the big bang.
• Your story will need to be beta-read.
